Member dues are coming in slowly. If you still owe dues for 2016, try and get them in as soon as possible. The 2017 membership cards will be available starting in July. You must be current with your 2016 dues to get a 2017 card.

Events
The SAL will be participating in Elephant Days this year. We are entered in the Rib cook off on September 10. Come on out and eat a lot of ribs and support the SAL. Mean Gene the Cooking Machine will be doing the smoking.

The SAL is working the kitchen on the third Wednesday of each month. Come out for dinner and dancing. We’ll feed you good.

Next Meeting
The next SAL meeting will be September 20 at 6:30pm at the Post. Plan to attend and support your branch of the family.
