Sons of the American Legion – Bill Nenno
Membership: So far 61 members have renewed their membership for 2013. I offer my personal thanks for those of you who have paid. I thank you for your continued support of the S.A.L. organization; without you we would not exist. It is through your support for the S.A.L. that we are allowed to show our support for veterans.
When we received our 2013 membership cards in June, we had 86 paid members so this means that 25 members have yet to renew. I hope you plan to do so soon. I will be out of town for Christmas so in my absence you will need to see Gene Hill.

Organizations are nothing more than a group of people working together for a common cause. The mission of our organization is to support veterans from all Military Forces of the United States of America. Our daily task is to make sure these veterans, and their rights, are protected just as they protect ours. In the Christmas spirit of Peace on Earth and Goodwill to Men let us set aside any differences we may have as individuals and work with one another to make sure veterans, and their efforts, are never forgotten. To paraphrase Smokey the Bear “only you can protect the veteran”.
