The SAL held their monthly meeting Aug 15. We donated $250 to the Sierra County Cancer Assistance.

I hope everyone who participated in the golf tournament had fun. Congratulations to the winners! Thanks to everyone who came out and had chicken fried steak last month. We are looking forward to serving you all again on Sept 20th.

The next SAL meeting will be Sept 19 at 5:30 at the Post. Plan on being at the meeting and become an active member. As always, remember that organizations are not really organizations, they are just people.

The SAL held their monthly meeting July 18 th . Early membership has started and new cards are in. We are going to have the Early Bird drawing for a free membership at the end of September. Renew today!

Our delicious chicken fried steak dinner will resume on Aug 16 th . Don’t forget the Annual Golf Tournament on Aug 26th. Get your teams together and have some fun and great food afterwards. The SAL are doing the lunch so let me know if you can help serve.
