Calendar: Next Riders meeting will be on the first Tuesday of the month: July 7th at the Post, at 6:30pm. The next scheduled ride would be on July11th.

Special Announcement(s):

Chapter 5 has planned a ride to Pinetop Arizona for the White Mountain Bike Rally. The plan is to leave on Friday, the 26th and return Sunday the 28th. The ride will likely include lunch in Quemado, then continue on to Pinetop to join in the revelries. Updates on the ride and maybe some photos next month.

06/02/2015        President John Bush hosted the monthly meeting at his home this month. He and Marilyn provided pork loin BBQ with all the “fixins”. Although the actual business meeting was somewhat abbreviated, the group did focus carefully on the immediately pressing matters presented to them.

06/13/2015        Several members of Chapter 5 rode to Las Cruces to participate in a “Vets-Helping-Vets rally hosted by Barnett’s Harley Davidson. There was plenty to do, and there was food and music at Andele’s Doghouse restaurant.

06/14/2015        In what appears to be becoming a regular Flag day event Chapter 5, Auxiliary and SAL members participated in a Flag Retirement Ceremony. It was held in front of Post 44 and the ceremony was attended by members of Post 44 and various members of the City council including Eunice Kent our city Mayor.

06/16/2015        Riders acted as hosts at the Dianne Hamilton Military Museum.

06/19/2015        Chapter 5 members rode to the Array Cafe for breakfast.

Our monthly meetings are held at Post 44 on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. – Feel free to drop in, guests are always welcome.
