May Kitchen income remained steady. We are hoping to see improvement with the June statement. Bar income was also down but we expected some decline as the raise for bartenders took effect. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the nice summer weather and the rising lake level will bring in additional summer visitors to our Post. We begin a new fiscal year in July and expect it will be as good or better than the past one was.
