We donated $200.00 to the Hot Springs High School JROTC to collect stuffed animals for the UNM Children’s Hospital.

We have lots going on in November and December:

· Veterans Day assembly at the elementary and middle school along with the winners of the coloring contest

· We will be sending lots of cookies, fudge, peanut brittle, etc. in care packages in December Our next bake sale is Saturday, November 6; set up is at 9:00 a.m., yard sale is from 10:00-2:00 p.m., yet, another opportunity for baking.

Our monthly meeting will be Saturday, November 20th at 10:30 a.m. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

We donated $200.00 to the Auxiliary Emergency Fund (AEF) to help people in Louisiana recover.

Thanks to everyone who donated money for supplies to our first responders. Many of us delivered water, Gatorade, etc. to the T or C and Elephant Butte Fire Departments in September. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Our 2022 membership cards have arrived; please see Linda Nenno or Ginny Lucero to renew your membership.

Our next bake sale will be on October 2nd during the monthly flea market at Post 44 from 8:00 am-12pm. If you are interested in baking or helping out, please contact me.

Our monthly meeting will be Saturday, October 16th at 10:30 a.m. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
